New Look Honda Sales Gallery
We’ve opened our newly refurbed Honda sales gallery at Jalan Raja Permaisuri Bainun (formerly Jalan Kampar), welcoming visitors with a sleek new look and enhanced customer experience.
We’ve officially expanded to two locations in Ipoh, having recently moved our Honda 3S operation to an eco-award-winning building in Bandar Baru Sri Klebang.
The new look sales gallery is designed to give visitors an unobstructed view of the latest cars on display, with a comfortable waiting lounge to drive customer comfort to a whole new level.
Ban Hoe Seng Auto General Manager, Kym Looe said: “We are delighted to have expanded our operations across two locations in Ipoh, serving customers in the north and south of the city.
“The sales gallery is designed to make our customers relaxed so they can fully enjoy the experience of buying a new Honda”.
As businesses are allowed reopen with proper hygiene and social distancing measures set in place. Customers can now visit the sales gallery to get a closer look at the newly facelifted Honda Accord as well as getting assistance on their motor insurance matters.
When asked about the customer service provided at Ban Hoe Seng Auto, Madam Wong said: “The staff here are very nice and kind, service is great, no complaints. I’ve been buying cars from Ban Hoe Seng for more than 30 years. My first car was a Honda Civic, this was when they had a showroom in Little India, Old Town”.
Mr Sahabudeen who was at the sales gallery to renew his motor insurance said: “I come from Kampar, the staff here are well-mannered and helpful. There’s no denying that service is on an entirely different level here”.
